On August 11, 1984, then-US-president Ronald Reagan spoke the following words into a live microphone shortly before his scheduled weekly radio address to the nation: "My fellow Americans, I'm pleased to tell you today that I've signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes." Supposedly, he meant it as a joke. Official word is, he didn't know the mic was on. Fabrice Lig a.k.a.
