The song "Querido" was influenced by the old school chicano sounds of the 60's and 70's. A jazz horn section, with traditional Tejano/Mexican beats, this song is about loving someone and being loved. When you hear the intro, you immediately feel the need to dance. The soulful voice of Mariza is both uplifting and soul shattering.
