We welcome back Matt to Pole Position Recordings, this time he teams up with vocalist Dene Theron to bring us his brand new single Easy January. Matt's original mix kicks things off and gets straight down to business with it's punchy beats, warm sub bass and catchy synth keys all topped off with Dene's seriously 'sleazy' vocals. The first remix comes from Max Lyazgin who mellows things out and delivers a sultry, balearic Nu Disco mix with plenty of deeper House influences. A Max Lyazgin track is rarely without an uplifting piano interlude or two and he doesnt disappoint here. Stripping things back Deep Sound Express delivers a much deeper interpretation focusing on more minimal beats, shady pads and a bubbly bass line. Matt Prehn himself keeps things down low and delivers his own stripped back dub mix before the package is rounded off with two instrumental mixes for those that don't do the vocal thing.
