The band is composed of Shane Charles, Marlin McDonald, Duane Jones, and Mike Welch. 44 West got started playing in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas before recording their first album. The band has been getting radio play in some small, medium, and large markets with Talkin' Bout a Fool doing very well. 44 West brings a unique blend of new country with old.
