After the confusion caused by his debut album 'Every Man Has His Critics', a collection of Blues and Hip Hop 'Rural Raps', UK based artist Scott Wainwright changed direction and released a couple of slow reflective acoustic numbers (See 'Moving On Single)'. This new direction seemed to pull in the interest of a different fanbase, at which this new EP is aimed at. 'All That Glitters is not Gold' is not for fans of Scotts 'Growling Raps and Rural Beats' but is for those who like the Artists more reflective side. We have collected here a number of steady Acoustic numbers, which benefit from there sparse production and arrangements. This EP Presents Scott's Views on a number of subjects like, God, Wealth, Fame, Family, Hope, Despair, Love, Hate and other parts of the Human Condition. Alone with his Guitar, Banjo, Harmonica and his Voice, Scott weaves his tales into a gentle and subtle tapestry. Aided by his friend and touring partner, Lisa Marie Glover on a few tracks, Scott shuffles in and out of our listening expierence, leaving barely a footprint.
