John T. Cord’s debut solo trumpet release represents a career of dedication to the diversity and versatility of today’s professional trumpeter. Representing over 300 years of music history and compositions from 6 different countries of origin, this project truly has something for every listener. Appropriately titled Beyond Borders, Cord personifi es a commitment to a broad spectrum of musical styles including performances of baroque, classical, romantic, 20th century, modern/contemporary works as well as uniquely original arrangements and adaptations by Cord himself.
