The Original Game Soundtrack to Creability's surreal video game, "Only If", contains all of the original music written for the game by Steven O'Brien, including thirteen previously unheard bonus tracks which didn't make it into the final game.

The score was composed by Steven O'Brien between February and May 2014. In writing the music, Steven aspired to create a surreal atmosphere which would bathe the player in uncertainty, lift their senses, and carry them through the experience of the game.
