Director Prashant Bhargava's feature film PATANG (The Kite) is set in Ahmedabad during amid India's largest kite festival as one million kites duel, soar and spin. Music and fireworks, food and laughter, a kaleidoscope of color and light, the magic of the kite flying high – is a recipe for healing and renewal for one family. The film's original soundtrack is a global collaborations between Brazilian producer Maga Bo, Denmark's Ben Horn and Copyflex with Indian vocalists – Pankaj Awasthi, Papon and Shilpa Rao. From dance hall, global bass, Bhangra to folk Indian percussion, the original songs capture the spirit of rooftop kite dueling. The soundtrack features the PATANG's score featuring esteemed classical vocalist Shubha Mudgal and acclaimed Bulgarian music composer Mario Grigorov.
