Floor Ready presents the 'Genovese EP' by Glasgow based producer Arctor. The title track 'Genovese' is built around a contorting synth line that grows and teases itself throughout. Up next is 'Stomping Ground', a short tool track bursting with energy and rapid fire ideas. Wilmot makes a welcome return to Floor Ready, taking the main elements of 'Stomping Ground' and reconstructing them into a spacious, jacking dub. Newcomer Scarbo also treats 'Stomping Ground' to a dubby remix, slowing the whole thing down and creating a darker, rolling tool. Arctor wraps the EP up with 'Jack Lint', which is a no-holds-barred industrial stomper.
