Under the leadership, songwriting and production gifts of Dan Adler, the Union Gospel Mission Changed Lives Choir has joined with the Heart of the City Worship Band to re-record 12 songs from several Heart of the City CD's. The Changed Lives Choir is made up of mostly residents, as well as some staff and volunteers from the Union Gospel Mission in St. Paul. The musical diversity of the styles of songs reflect the ethnic diversity of the Heart of the City Band and the Changed Lives Choir. The lyrics of the songs represent the heart of gratitude and worship that is felt by all of those involved in this project because of what Jesus Christ has done to change their lives. The musical styles include: Hip-Hop, Bhangra, Salsa, Blues, Gospel, Jazz and Pop music. This project will lift your spirit, point you to God and bring you hope and joy!
