Floaty, incredibly addictive and rhythmic from the offset, Skyland is a beautifully crafted uplifting trancer that will no doubt turn a few heads with its superb melody. A driving bass and steady undertone of rising riffs melt together to create one serious joyful union of a tune. Complete with trance guitar and a kick drum that packs a serious punch after the breakdown, we are serious when we say you'll be whistling this one down the local pub this weekend. On remix duty, we have a right mixed bag of allsort-talent for you. Starting off with one of trance's finest exports from Iran, Farhad Mahdavi slams his madness on Matson's original, totally changing the dynamics, but still full of raw energy in the build up, all you need to do is close your eyes and feel the sheer energy running through your veins. Making his debut on Diverted Music, we have Glynn Alan turning on the heat, and with a plethora of releases under his belt on Global State, it was an easy decision for us to let him show his talents remixing one of our hottest tracks this year. He gives Skyland a stripped back approach, but still focuses on delivering a steamrolling article with a bubbly bassline and killer drive in the percussion.
