简介
Folk music recorded with professional artists during an 11 month music and film project. The journey transformed the original project idea that Ada and Wolf thought up shortly after meeting in India. They captured film and audio in an effort to preserve and promote disappearing indigenous culture, people, and places. What people are saying: "I could not put the booklet down after I opened the first page. I laughed and I cried reading it. Then I played the the Nepal picnic song and had to leap to my feet and dance right then and there. This album of music and their honeymoon journey across Asia to capture these songs that you will not hear anywhere else on earth is inspiring and uplifting. We need this in the world especially now when we can learn how to reach out to others and just LOVE. It will make you want to buy a plane ticket and get out of town now to go exploring and maybe make your own music!" -Mary Bartnikowski, Artist, Writer, Photographer, Explorer, and Educator www.bartnikowski.com The album "Indigenous Asia" truly helps one live in the moment of rural Asia. Wolf Price and Ada Blomqvist beautifully present their listeners with genuine indigenous tunes, while maintaining studio level sound quality. Close your eyes, relax, and witness the cultural expressions from extraordinary people across Asia. -Barry Winston, USA
