Introducing KOA SIU, a dynamic artist and worship leader from Hawaii.

Whether he’s leading a small-group worship time or performing on the big stage, KOA’s ministry is a powerful heaven-and-earth connection. A songwriter, performer, and passionate worshipper, KOA’s dream is to minister songs that touch people deeply and transformationally—meeting them as Jesus does, right “where they are.”

KOA was born and raised in Hawaii and graduated from Pacific Rim Bible College in 2004. As part of New Hope Christian Fellowship under Pastor Wayne Cordeiro, KOA has trained at Hawaii’s flagship church. Since 2003 KOA has served as a Worship Pastor at New Hope Hawaii Kai, and as of September 2007 Koa has just launched out into a full-time music tour. Koa’s previously released albums Thirsty Life (1998), Where You Are (2007) are already favorites of Hawaii listeners and pockets of fans all over the world. Koa is pleased to be releasing a new Worship CD, I Am Yours—A Worship Experience, in October, 2007. Koa is joyfully married to his wife Sarah and has two wonderful children, Kekoa (2), Kalea (5 months). In January of 2008, the Siu family will be re-locating to Sydney, Australia to attend Hillsong Worship Leadership College.
