This song was written out of the utmost respect for Sargeant Jeremy Newchurch, who was killed in the line of duty. He was a dare officer for the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Department, a friend and neighbor. Mr. Terry Samanie provided the vocals and keyboard and Mr. Jay Samanie performs on the acoustic guitar. I, Keith Blanchard wrote the song and provide the narration. I hope that this tribute can help the families of our fallen Heroes.
