This 1997 release was recorded as a tribute to their Father Johnny Nace and his longtime band leader Joe Green. The ten track project is brief career retrospective that varies from the rockabilly groove of “You’ve got the blues”, to the classic honky-tonk of “Sittin’ on a bar stool”. The c.d. closes out with the last song of Johnny’s storied career. The vocals and acoustic guitar are from his original four track demo and the band adds a Cajun flavor with fiddle and accordion.
