Veronika Harcsa graduated from The Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest in 2008, currently she attends the Master class of The Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Veronika founded her own jazz quartet in 2005, with which she released four albums, becoming the most popular Hungarian jazz singer and songwriter, gaining several prestigious awards, and a stunning number of fans. Her albums were also released in Japan by the independent label NatureBliss, two of them reaching the top of the vocal jazz charts at Tower Records Japan. Veronika has performed at festivals and clubs in 20 countries worldwide. Being a versatile musician, she has affiliations to experimental electronic projects, contemporary dance performances, theatre plays and films. Hungarian Film Week: „Best Original Score” with Albert Márkos (2009) - Antropos.hu: „Best female singer” (2009) - Fonogram: „Alternative album of the Year” for Bin-Jip: Enter (2011) Bálint Gyémánt graduated from The Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest in 2008, his studies included a scholarship at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo. His outstanding technique made him become one of the most acclaimed young Hungarian jazz guitarists, performing with his own trio as well as with numerous projects of top Hungarian musicians. Veronika Harcsa and Bálint Gyémánt have been playing and performing together since their studies in Budapest. They founded their duo in November 2011, composing songs that aim to cross the limits of their instruments. The use of live looping and the duo's strong rhythmical approach makes them sound as a complete band.
