I remember driving from Tennessee to California with my wife thinking what's next. I was inspired by how God continues to bless me even when it seems life is knocking me down. It's a strange dynamic to feel pressure and God's hand on your life. As I began to think about everything God has done for me, I started writing lyrics that expressed how I felt about Him. Better is an album that expresses the feelings of those who need love and a sign of hope. Hope is what generates our will to keep living. I wrote Better to encourage those around the world, to let them know that life will get better. My music is all about the groove. As a musician, I've learned that a good groove will take you places in your mind that illustrate imaginations toward purpose and desire. I created this EP as an introduction of more to come and a wave of influence and creativity. It's more than just Gospel, it's a creative flow of my life and the demonstration of how God captured my soul.
