专辑简介

This song was birthed out of a desire to try more of a modern orchestral sound in a vocal-driven piece. I used several soft synths to help solidify the main structure, then utilized the orchestra to build out the dynamics and feeling. Rachel Benda's voice added tremendous support to the orchestration and is what ultimately gave Aurora its heart and soul.

I chose the name "Aurora" because of the majestic, mysterious, and ethereal imagery it conveys. In Latin, Aurora is also translated as "dawn."
