Asdrubal José Hurtado and Hurtado Cheo is a Venezuelan musician born May 2, 1960 in Ciudad Bolívar, Bolívar State . A virtuoso performer of string instruments like the mandolin , tiple , three, and mandolin , is one of the most renowned artists of the " cuatro " in the world . Hurtado is a founding member of Ensemble Gurrufío , folk group with which he has toured extensively throughout the world . He has also recorded or performed concerts with national and international artists as Alirio Diaz Romero Aldemaro , Paquito D' Rivera , Oscar D' Leon, Simon Diaz , Béla Fleck , Serenata Guayanesa , Soledad Bravo , Aquiles Baez , Maria Teresa Chacin and others. " Definitely one of the most sublime musical ambassadors of Venezuela for the world, Asdrubal " Cheo " Hurtado , who was surprised with his fourth and plains with his mandolin and strangers , presents this collection piece of the Venezuelan musical identity. four harps and a four, edited by Musicarte album in 2000 , featuring 12 songs indispensable burrowing singing, where the four ( small guitar ) counterpoints the harp pacing classics like Quirpa , San Rafael , Gabon , and the Periquera the Quitapesares , among others. All themes explore the vast rainbow of genres joropo , the bird , the chipola , six right and many more. Hurtado teacher in this production was accompanied by a group of virtuoso harp as apureños Archila and Alexis Joseph Ojeda, the guariquense Eudes and Lara Alvarez , Carlos Orozco. Moreover joined at the Ernesto Laya maracas , bass David Peña and low Alejandro Rodríguez , Pedro Gomez and Gustavo Pérez Aldemar Carucí .
