Home is the 3rd installation of this unofficial trilogy for Isabella. Home is all about life after the passing of Jon's 9 day old daughter, Isabella. "Letting Go" and "It is We'll' are reflexions of his own emotions. "Ascension" and "Welcome" are inspired by thoughts of her ascending into heaven and "Home" is about a father handing off his child to THE father and the things that would be said to her in that transition. An epilogue of sorts to wrap up this incredible journey of joy, pain, faith and hope.
