After witnessing how deeply Tokyo-based Chinese singer Yuting Bie and China-based lyricist Charlie Wu connected with the song’s message, he invited them to write and sing a Chinese version. The result is this song “Zhèng Cháng Hū Xī (Still Breathing),” a soaring vocal performance from Yuting, and a real highlight in a powerful collection of multilingual tracks, all unified by a shared sentiment: this is "Happy New Year"—with the word “Happy” crossed out.
