We really wanted to make something that made sense with Sleeping Right... and this seemed like a logical move. The sessions seemed to have a different band at each one. Papi had been in Europe and gigging a bunch with other bands, so we added Dan to the line up. Justin was playing lap steel and marimba, but he liked to drum on the heavier hitters. Nathan would be asleep on the couch and we'd just wake him up to track his parts.

Ezra Fowler recorded and mixed this whole thing. He was a treat to work with. This one feels a little more scattershot as far at the song writing goes, but the production really pulls it all together.

This was recorded almost at the same time as Lo-FI Summer.
