Those Dreaded Gnats like to speak their minds. Have you ever had someone come up to you and try and ask for directions or get information, but they don't speak a lick of English? I think we all have stories like that to tell. So a simple plea to those who choose to come and live in the USA to please learn to speak English. I suppose the lyrics could be considered politically correct/incorrect depending on which side you're on.

Musically, this song is a cross between David Bowie, John Lennon, and Bruce Springsteen, with a hint of Beach Boys backing vocals, transformed into the 21st century.
