A painting of a Viking, the travels of Lord Franklin, the Candidacy of Barack Obama, a deaf-blind schitzophrenic patient living in a hospital, are just some of the subjects in Mason's album "Code Flight." Mason becomes the characters that she develops in an attempt to channel their voices. Mason has been described as "Marvelously Strange" by the Village Voice and this album continues that reputation.
