The second edition of our spring sampler comes also as compilation of 4 tracks by 4 artists very well known to artefact fans, but as a contrast to the first edition this one is more on the deeper and techier side of the house spectrum. First is Dream Deferred by Pavle Vasiljevic who doesn't stop to amaze us with every new production that comes from his studio, and this time he has taken us on a trip back in time somewhere in the mid 90's with his powerful deep bassline and broken beats, laid over beautiful and techy synths, sounding so old school but suitable for any dancefloor in this modern age. Next is Kit Mason that has already been featured on our label few times with great tracks that always have that old school touch but fresh all around, and this time with his track Its All Coming Through You does the exact thing by using techy piano chords and synths, woobling effects and processed vocals, reinforced with a powerful bassline. Mile Grozdanovski one of the few young Macedonian electronic producers that has showed a great feel and talent for the deep melodic sound comes with his Ax.001 track as a showcase for his skills to produce top notch deep house. Last but not least is our friend from Montenegro Ffunk who's track Feel The Sunset continues the feel of his previous Beautiful World and Nocturne tracks, he is one of the few producers out there that has shown a great understanding of the new sound and used it in the best possible way to stay true to the modern deep sound but not to sound too mainstream, powerful bassline atmosferic synths and just a touch of pianos and vocals for a great modern ride. With this sampler we have showed our diversity when it comes to our taste for house music, there is no limit as long it sounds good and makes us dance at the office, we hope you share our views.
