Origins. Five Style Fist hails from Denver and is known for their fusion of styles. The blend's unique. The members of FSF grew up playing together and there has always been a deeply rooted connection between the members of FSF and their musical ventures which is truly reflected in the music. The five-piece was formed in 2001 on a United States Armed Forces Entertainment tour to Europe. The members, then performing under another name, streamlined when they returned to America, and Five Style Fist was born. Since 2001 FSF has been dedicated to writing, recording and blowin' up live shows all across Colorado and beyond.

The soul of the music created by Five Style Fist comes through collaboration. The music draws on the many influences of the different members, creating an organic sound. As separate entities, the members of FSF are musically diverse, embedding a very eclectic feel into the music: eclectic with style. There are many edges to the sound of Five Style Fist-as the band grows, they evolve and so does the music.
