简介

BP Fallon & The Ghost Wolves ~ the powerful new song against "gun madness" ~ 'I'm Still Legal (Crazy Crazy)' I’m still legal I’m over 21 To have a drink in ATX Or go and buy a gun I’m still legal Not over having fun To have a joint in Colorado Or go and by a gun It’s crazy crazy It’s crazy crazy Protect yourself Defend yourself Buy a gun for freedom Gun Control Pacists Do we really need them? Yes we do It’s crazy crazy (crazy crazy, crazy crazy) It’s crazy crazy (crazy crazy, crazy crazy) This gun madness never ceases to amaze me Crazy crazy I’m still legal I’m over 21 And I’ve the right to arm myself And go and buy a gun I’m still legal Not over having fun To have a joint in Washington State Or go and by a gun It’s crazy crazy (crazy crazy, crazy crazy) It’s crazy crazy (crazy crazy, crazy crazy) This gun madness never ceases to amaze me Crazy crazy (crazy crazy, crazy crazy) Crazy crazy Words by BP Fallon Music by BP Fallon/The Ghost Wolves BP Fallon ~ vocals Carley Wolf ~ guitar & backing vocals Jonny Wolf ~ drums with Nigel Harrison ~ bass guitar Produced by BP Fallon & Jonas Wilson at Jukebox Studio, Bastrop, Texas Engineered by Jonas Wilson Mixed & mastered by Stephen Ceresia at Sunday House Studio, Bastrop, Texas Photography by Brian Birzer in Austin, Texas Design by Barney at lib-lab in Dublin, Ireland & Dean Watusi in NYC Vibrosonic logo by Steve Rapid in Dublin (Vibrosonic Records VBR 002) © BP Fallon 2014 TRAVERSING ROCK'N'ROLL RAINBOWS ~ THE STORY BP Fallon was publicist and adviser to Led Zeppelin and T.Rex, manager of Johnny Thunders, worked at The Beatles Apple Records, was 'Guru, Viber & DJ' with U2. All of that luminosity is a hundred years ago, when he'd pop up in TV miming bass guitar with John Lennon or congas with T.Rex or go sing and play harmonica on the classic Johnny Thunders album 'So Alone' or sing backing vocals on U2's 'Pride (In The Name Of Love)' ~ and yet the days of majesty continue, with Fallon always on the cutting edge of rock'n'roll. Jack White produced BP's debut single 'I Believe In Elvis Presley' (Third Man Records TMR 022) - Jack's idea - and plays scorching slide guitar on it. BP formed the stellar BP Fallon & The Bandits ~ BPF vocals, drummer Clem Burke (Blondie), bass guitarist Nigel Harrison (ex-Blondie) and the effervescent guitar of Aaron Lee Tasjan. The BP Fallon & The Bandits album 'Still Legal' (Vibrosonic Records VBR 001) adds Ian McLagan of the Small Faces/ Faces/ Stones/ Dylan's band on swirling Hammond organ. 'Still Legal' is a contagious underground masterpiece. And live, The Bandits have shone with additional musicians like guitarists Lenny Kaye from The Patti Smith Group and Barrie Cadogan from Primal Scream plus on drums Sean Lennon and ~ bless him ~ the amazing and beautiful man Scott Asheton of The Stooges. And a couple of years ago the splendid Cara Delevingne ~ the girl who is now the most famous young model in the world ~ could be seen on stage singing additional vocals in the band. This year at Austin's SXSW festival at the Lou Reed Tribute Concert, BP Fallon sung 'Vicious' backed by those superb young contenders The Strypes ~ and got the first standing ovation of the night. And thus The Ghost Wolves ~ from Austin, they're Jonny Wolf on primal drums and Carley Wolf on downhome guitar that's from another world. The Ghost Wolves, they're slinky and winky and bluesy and below the belt, dark but shining spectacularly, feral and sexy and out there. The brand new GWs album 'Man, Woman, Beast' (Plowboy Records) is killer. And the alliance between BP Fallon & The Ghost Wolves on the single 'I'm Still Legal (Crazy Crazy)' (Vibrosonic VBR 002) is one of the most timely songs around. Says BP "I wrote it in response to those sickos shooting up schools and cinemas and barracks. The situation is out of hand and sadly it's going to happen again". On his link-up with The Ghost Wolves, BP says "They're the coolest". Says Jonny Wolf of The Ghost Wolves about playing with BP "He has a really unique perspective ~ I think of him like a shamen or a musical witch doctor and he brings that to his show and people love that". And Jonny describing the new BP/Ghost Wolves song 'I'm Still Legal (Crazy Crazy)' ~ "Caveman Rock 4 Lyfe!!!" ~ Dean Watusi, New York July 2014 BP FALLON & THE GHOST WOLVES PLAY IRELAND'S ELECTRIC PICNIC FESTIVAL AUG 29/30/31 2014
