At a time where a lot of rappers change their style according to trend,Fisto sticks to the recipe of « making new with the old » on his first solo album « Futur Vintage ». Fisto´s lyrics are a reflection of his career: over 10 years of rap, amajor label deal and national radio air-play, a tour in China, starring as an actor in various theatre plays and carrying the status of a leader in the independent jazz-rap scene. « Futur Vintage » is produced by Soul Square and realized by DJ Atom (BeatTorrent, C2C). Widely influenced by the rap of the golden era, his debut album is a reflection upon today´s world and society, full of mature writings and powerful punchlines. The inspiration of Jeru The Damaja, Slum Village or Akhenaton can be heard on this release, and we find ourselves once again dreaming of a rap which could both fill the record stores and stimulate our brains. « Futur Vintage » features collaborations from American rappers Othello and Raashan Ahmad, British producer DJ Format and French soul-singer Dajla. On stage, Fisto knows how to give life to his lyrics without limiting himself to a minimal mimickry. He took stages with many renown acts such as Hocus Pocus, Speech Debelle, Jazz Liberatorz, Lords of the Underground, KRS One, Yarah Bravo and DJ Vadim to name a few.
