Racheal Nanyangwe was born in Chingola on March 24th 1986; She started singing as a soloist at Evangel Assembly of God a local church where she was born again in 1995. By the age of nine, she was singing in concerts and conferences. She is Zambia’s first M-NET pop idol, Ngoma award winner, three times chapro award winner and has been a nominee in various international awards such as one gospel. She currently has two albums, of which Nu Chapter is the second. Since the release of Nu Chapter in 2009, Racheal has traveled the world preaching the gospel through music. Nu Chapter is borrowed talents from several renown song-writers and producers from Zambia, including Edwin "Nyno" Kabeba (her husband), Mutamula Mwale and Blessington Malenga. Legendary musicians also lent there talents to the project. These include "Sir" Jones Kabanga, Likhetso Banda, Nathan Nyirenda and Sebastian Mutale. Nu Chapter can be described as a afro-soul, although the heartfelt and worship moments are prominent in delivery.
