Violin teacher by day, singer-songwriter by night, Carolyn merges her classical music training with her love of popular music to create songs that are thoughtful and heartfelt. Born and raised in Western MA, Carolyn draws upon the imagery of the New England landscape to inspire her lyrics, using the turning of the seasons as metaphor for personal change and discovery.

In her debut album, Resolution, Carolyn artfully combines poignant lyrics and lush instrumentation to craft a story of love found, lost, and rediscovered. Recorded over 13 months from songs written over 13 years, Resolution is a concept album that takes the listener through cycles of time, seasons, and states of mind.
