Hood Star Records brings out its debut Album. Led by trio of the GIC click (producer/rapper Chucc Breaze, Yung Snatch and Young Day) along with label mates Izzy Real, Burner Black, Ketchup, Guttah, WestSide Rob, Young Swann, and the talented rapper L.R.D. Coming out of South Central Los Angeles, the members have lived and grown up in the rough streets of Compton, Long Beach, Lynwood, and Inglewood California. This compilation is a collection of some of their earlier works as solo artists and a preview of whats next to come. You can expect a sound and style reminiscent of 1990's West coast gangsta rap but with a modern twist and sound. Producer Chucc Breaze, who has produced and collabo with many top Indie artist in California and Texas, leads the ways with his production and rapping skills. Hood Star Records is on a fast track to success as they're currently on the verge of a major deal with a few interested labels. Perhaps maybe make the Westcoast rap scene a household name again.
