ALiVE keep the quality coming with another solid ep, this time from a new project Joost Kumtome (pronounced just-come-to-me), who are a pair of exciting producers wishing to keep their identity under wraps for now. Everyone Knows follows on from the labels recent rave inflicted house music with another nod to the 90's halcyon era; rough bass, breakbeats and euphoric vocals all setting the scene nicely. Better Believe It continues the trend nicely, an epic piano riff and roughed up beats bringing a feeling of nostalgia whilst final track Releases Valve delves down a more traditional deep house pat, albeit with the duos distinct nod to the bygone hardcore days of yore. // www.aliverecordings.com
