Happy Is The Way We Feel was written by Laurence Lewis 28 years ago (1984) shortly after leaving his hotel band and while visiting New York . This inspiration came after many years of trials and tribulations but he felt at ease when he started to write. He recorded this song with 3 other artists but never published his work until recently while reminiscing on his beautiful country Jamaca and it's upcoming indepence. He could only thought of one artist who could do this song justice and this was one else but Mr Christopher Walters. Mr Walters walked into Mr Lewis' church while he was teaching music and the rest is history with thier chemestry. Happy Is The Way We Feel is done in two Genres for a purpose. And this purpose is since Jamaica is celebrating it's 50th anniversary and since it is know for reggae with Bob Marley and many other greats, Mr Lewis saw it fit to show some history and include Ska which proceeds Reggae. Mr Lewis also thought that some fans might want to sing along with the background vocals or the instrumental version so these were included for these purposes.
