Kevin Carr is a fiddler, piper and storyteller in the old tradition. He invites audiences into a world slightly apart from our everyday lives - a world of timeless folk melodies, of songs and tales culled from the collective imagination and polished over the years till they reflect the deeper truths and delights of life. His repertoire reflects a love of the vast stream of Irish, Scottish and American folklore and music, and he's journeyed some up the tributaries of Quebecois, Galician and French dance music as well.
