Bruno Browning and Francesca Sisneros kick off the fall sessions with their new release Gypsy Soul a six track EP that provides enough warm house goodness to see you through the fall and winter months that lay ahead. Team Talk Box start things off with Gypsy Soul (Lone Ranger Mix), a straightforward four on the floor house cut that will not disappoint. They combine a no nonsense rhythm track with one of Brunos all time favorite bass lines to get this one off to a great start. Brunos vocals take center stage on this mix, which is framed nicely by the keyboard and guitar work. Gypsy Soul (Original Mix) is next, and it sounds just like the previous mix with one major differenceboth Francesca and Bruno are on the mic. If you like the flow of the first mix but dont want a track that has Bruno hogging the mic then this one is for you. Its real easy to become a fan of the back and forth vocal styling of these two. In the third track Bruno and Francesca switch things up with Gypsy Soul (Dub Rub Mix). The vocals are trimmed down and a much deeper bass line is added to make this one a deep groover. This one is for the deepest cats that are only getting started at 8am on a Sunday morning. The fourth track in this EP is purely for the funky massive. The rumor is that Francesca insisted that this one get recorded and were glad that she did because this one is a floor filler. Francesca and Bruno came up with a new rhythm track as well as new bass line that fits perfect with Francescas spoken word version of the vocal. All of these new elements along with Brunos vocals make this one a must for your winter box. Bruno and Francescas fifth track is Gypsy Soul (Day 4 Mix) and if youve ever hung around with Bruno and Francesca for four days in a row, you will get it. The two came up with a new rhythm track and paired it with the bass line from the Dub Rub Mix. Next, they added a trimmed downed version of Francescas spoken word vocal to make a completely new track. We love the flow of this one and you will too, its just like hanging around with Team Talk Box for four days in a row. Last but certainly not least, Swamp Donkey makes an appearance with his Gypsy Soul (Swamp Donkey Mix). The rumor is that Swamp Donkey has a problem with Francesca, but it doesnt seem to have gotten in the way of him doing an extra swampy remix for Bruno and Francesca. Swampy Ds funked out drum track is nasty and his bass line is straight out of the grimiest of swamps. Begrudgingly, (were sure) he added Francescas spoken word vocal, which makes this one the favorite here at the Soulsupplement compound.
