David Mardini

Classic Love Song is David's second single.

David Mardini knew he would sing when he was at the age of 6. He had just moved to a new suburb and was enrolled into a new school. On his first day he was bullied by older students, and so he retaliated in the only way he knew how....(at the age of 6) He wrote a song about the biggest bully of them all. He then got up on the school park bench and sang that song to all who could hear... Funny story that...but TRUE!! David was signed by a production company in Melbourne called Pizzaz Productions and was a member of a Male Vocal group called 4te'. 4te' would record many songs in Australia, and abroad. In 2003 4te' decided to drop their production company and make a move to the U.S.A They were based in Studio City L.A and recorded music with the country’s finest producers. David and 4te' were lucky enough to have meet Brian McKnight, Dr Dre, Jagged Edge, Alicia Keys, Next, Usher, NSYNC, just to name a few. 4te' was 2 weeks away from signing a record deal when fate struck.... David's direct family was involved and seriously injured in the "Arthurs Seat Chair Lift Collapse" Without a second thought David packed up and flew home with 10 hours notice and cared for his family whilst they were recovering from back and spine injuries. Two years past and 4te' was no more; however David had a burning desire to continue or rekindle his passion for music and performing. In 2005 David reluctantly entered Australian Idol, and was an instant hit with the judges. David made the top 30 and if it were not for yet another cruel twist of fate who knows how far he could have gone.. (David got extremely ill the day before his live performance) Post Australian Idol, David has written, Co-Written songs with past members of 4te' and on his own and has recorded a number of singles. The passion and fire still burn and his never say die attitude will ensure that he will make it in the industry. My guess is that it will be sooner rather than later
