Aleksandra Dubov is blessed with a versatile voice that streams from the heart. Her voice invites her audience into a pure loving sonic space. At the tender age of six she began performing in the Metropolitan Opera Children's Chorus Spawning her appetite for vocal performance art. Aleksandra was born in New York City and moved to Jerusalem, New Orleans, Detroit, Interlochen, MI, Phoenix, AZ, Boise,ID, and Bloomington, IN where she collected distinct sounds and styles from each culture that she absorbed. After graduating from Indiana University School of Music, she is back to her roots in Manhattan.
