Jenny Beth has been singing since she was 6 years old. She was born and raised in Owensboro, KY. She is now 19 years old and a freshman at Trevecca Nazarene University, located in the heart of Nashville Tenn. Jenny Beth playes the piano and guitar and also writes and records original songs. Her biggest infulences have been Martina McBride and her mom Mary Beth. She grew up singing in church, at festivals, theaters, talent shows, etc. She has played with different groups through the years doing Contempoary Christian, Country, Bluegrass, and Gospel.

She is an American Idol Alumni from Season 12. Over a period of 4 months, Jenny Beth made it through many different rounds all the way to the top 20 girls. She spent several weeks in Hollywood and Las Vagas, filming the show. It was an unbelievable experience and one that she will never forget! She will forever be thankful for American Idol. It has opened many doors for her, and has allowed her to continue following her dream in the music industry.
