About Mercadonegro: Mercadonegro is a Salsa Orchestra formed in 2001 by a very talented group of Latin musicians and the executive producer of Bibomusic. The musicians had been previously selected and trained by the renamed Cuban born violinist, Alfredo De La Fe, in order to form the orchestra which accompanied the late Salsa Queen, Celia Cruz, and himself, in their acclaimed European tours. Mercadonegro’s recording debut has been the album Bailalo!, published by Bibomusic in 2002. Bailalo! contains dancefloor hits like Mercadonegro Llegó, Salsa Pa’ Bailador, Eso Me Duele, Regresaré, Tributo a Eddie Palmieri, and many others romantic and Salsa Dura songs. This album has been digitally released in 2012 by Bibomusic, with a Golden Edition containing bonus tracks. In 2005 Bibomusic presented Mercadonegro’s second blockbuster album, Salsa Pa’l Mundo Entero, which contained worldwide hits like La Bendición, La Guarachera de Cuba ( Mercadonegro’s Tribute to Celia Cruz), A Los Orishas, Jamas and several others, including the very popular La Malanga. A fully "remastered version" of Salsa Pa’l Mundo Entero has been digitally released in 2012. After years of successful live tours worldwide, in 2015 Mercadonegro has published its new single, Pa’l Bailador. In 2017 Mercadonegro has finally released a series of new songs which have soon become dancefloor hits, like La Salsa Es Mi Vida, Pa Mi Colombia, the romantic track, Hay Amores, Sin Cuero No Hay Salsa, La Salsa De Ayer, and several others, which are included in these two fine Collections: Mercadonegro The Salsa Collection Vol. I and The Salsa Collection Vol.II, both published by Bibomusic.
