Jerry Jean was born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in the United States (NYU & Columbia University alum). He has performed as a singer, pianist, violinist, and music director in venues as varied as Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the United Nations, and MTV Unplugged. Fighting For You is a melodic and vocally driven album of original pop songs completely written, recorded, produced, and mixed by Jerry in his home studio in Harlem. The songs explore persistence, creativity, and love.
