Abraham G Buchanan ha estado activo en la música desde hace mas de 10 años. Su pasión por la música lo ha llevado a conocer el mas alto nivel de técnicas de enseñanza y ejecución en la batería. En 2004 concluyó sus estudios con el Maestro EMILIO GARCIA en la ciudad de Aguascalientes, Ags., (actual baterista de Marco Antonio Solís.) Después se mudo a los Angeles, Cal., por un tiempo a estudiar y enfocarse en técnica, lectura e interpretación de géneros musicales, en la escuela LAMA, (LA MUSIC ACADEMY) aprendiendo de grandes maestros como RALPH HUMPHEREY, MIKE PACKER, MICHAEL SHAPHIRO JOE PORCARO. Durante su estadía en los Angeles, Cal., tuvo la oportunidad de asistir a diversas clínicas con STEVE GADD, ALEX ACUÑA entre otros. Posterior a esta etapa regresó a México donde continuó con sus conocimientos en la batería con los maestros ALVARO LOPEZS SR.Y ALVARO LOPEZ , VICTOR LOYO y HORACIO EL NEGRO HERNANDEZ. En 2009 participó en algunos proyectos de grabación y haciendo algunas giras por Europa principalmente. Esto lo ayudó a comenzar a involucrarse en la producción. En el 2011 participó en el festival Laguna Drum Fest. donde se han presentado grandes bateristas como WALDO MADERA JOHNNY RABB entre otros. Así mismo en dicho año ingresó a la Universidad de BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC, , donde estudió PROFESSIONAL MUSIC PRODUCTION. Abraham G. Buchanan ha tenido la intención de hacer una recopilación bastante práctica para ofrecer un conocimiento claro y sencillo de la batería y dado a esto , actualmente se dedica principalmente a la docencia y a la producción y colabora como baterista en el Cirque du Soleil, entre otras cosas. Bryden is currently living in Mexico, performing in Cirque Du Soleil's Joya. He was Musical Director for Steven Page, (formerly of the Barenaked Ladies) and recently wrapped up a 3 year world tour with the indie-pop chanteuse Feist. He also has a busy studio career in Toronto, Canada. Composition and orchestration credits include work on the feature film 'Gunless', with Greg Keelor (of Blue Rodeo), Chantal Kreviazuk's symphony tour, and the Art of Time Ensemble. He studied jazz trumpet at Humber College, University of Toronto, Banff Centre for the Arts with Kenny Wheeler, and privately with Laurie Frink in NYC. Television appearances have included Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Call with Carson Daly, The Hour and BBC and CBC radio. He has performed with Michael Buble, the Temptations, Kris Kristofferson, Louie Bellson, Blue Rodeo, the Toronto Symphony, the Vancouver Symphony, Esthero, Sean Lennon, Merl Saunders, Ron Sexsmith, Sarah Harmer, Chantal Kreviazuk, Raine Maida, the Band of the Ceremonial Guard (changing of the guard in Canada) and Spoon to name a few.
