Monet is an artist that loves music, and she appreciates all styles. This is very evident in her choice of music she listens to and especially in her songwriting. Being a Caribbean native, she obviously has that flare, in addition to a fusion of r&b/pop with a little jazz input at times. Singing, songwriting are just two of many talents this artists possess.
