Currently serving as Director of Music and Organist for the First United Methodist Church of Columbus, Indiana, David Kevin Lamb is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, completing the Doctor of Music degree in Organ and Church Music in 2000. His principal organ teachers at IU were Oswald Ragatz and Marilyn Keiser. Dr. Lamb's professional credits include church positions in Indiana and Kentucky and guest organ concert performances in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. European performances include presentations in Austria, Germany, and, most recently in 2006, two concerts in France on the Historic Cavaille-Coll Organs in the churches of St. Augustin and La Trinite in Paris. Following twenty years of service as choral director in two Indiana high schools, Dr. Lamb is currently an adjunct instructor of music at Spalding University in Louisville, KY, and an adjunct professor of voice at Franklin College in Franklin, IN. A Colleague of the American Guild of Organists, David K. Lamb was the founder and first president of the Indiana Organists United, an alumni affiliate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music Alumni Association. He continues to serve the IOU Alumni Board in the role of Immediate Past President. Linda DeRungs, soprano, is both a vocal soloist and vocal music educator. She has been teaching music at New Albany High School since 1984, where she serves as fine arts chair, vocal music specialist, and musical director for 2-3 annual musicals. Linda directs three choirs and teaches music theory, electronic music, and piano lab. She has been the music director for over fifty musicals. Her choirs have performed with the Louisville Orchestra, Louisville Ballet, Kentucky Opera, and The Dallas Brass. DeRungs is the soprano soloist with the internationally-known Ars Femina Ensemble, a professional Baroque chamber group that researches, performs, publishes, and records music by women composers before 1800. She received her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MM in Choral Conducting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she studied with Dr. Eph Ehly. She has also performed with Kentucky Opera and Iroquois Park Players (currently named Music Theater Louisville).
