The great Richard Rodgers said it best. "The best thing that comes out of a man's mouth is a song." The site on which "Let's Hold Hands in the Rain" appears, jonathanudellsongs.com, is about the melodies and of course the lyrics. But most of all it is about the emotions behind the songs. During your visits to this site, you will see additions to the audio track page. I hope to add tunes frequently. Please remember that since i am just a songwriter, this means the collaboration of many people. I hope to bring you the most talented vocalists, arrangers, and instrumentalists i can find, and these people are in demand for many projects. Speaking of talent, I am so proud to acquaint you with vocalists such as Billy Valentine (tunes too numerous to mention), the versatile silky smooth voice who did the theme song from "Boston Legal"; the Juilliard trained rising star Major Johnson Finley ("malibu high"); new voice Danny Byrne (up on a pedestal, the outgoing message); Josh Misko, Danny's partner in the band Everett Coast and the singer on "Let's Hold Hands in the Rain"; the incomparable jazz singer New York based Alexis Cole (our xanadu), Broadway tenor Bill Brooks (Garden By the Sea), and Los Angeles pop veteran Earl Foster (vocalist and producer, In the City Where You Live, Tell It to the Wind and Crossing the Harlem); and instrumentalists such as sensational New York based violinist and Lincoln Center performer Daisy Jopling (garden by the sea, our xanadu). Most of all I am honored to have been assisted with producing on so many of my tunes by the tireless perfectionist, los angeles hit writer, and Beatles expert John Keller ; and gifted composer-arranger New York based Brian Taylor. Also, it is my honor to have worked with film composer new york based David Majzlin, who arranged Garden By the Sea.
