Para Cuba Con Amor is a collection of 11 of Ann Reynolds’ original Cuban-style jazz compositions, performed by Clave Gringa and several invited guests, including the Santiago de Cuba group, La Familia Valera Miranda.

This recording delights with a variety of Cuban styles. Cuban music, like the Cuban culture is a combination of European and African influences, and this recording includes a range of styles from the European influenced danzon to the Afro-Cuban rumba. Throughout the recording, the clarity of the percussion and the authentic interpretations of the styles is stunning. Enjoy the danceable energy of Songo Borracho, the Santiago flavor of La Chica del Malecon (you will not be able to sit still), the folkloric spirit in Sol y Luz, and the elegance of danzon in La Amistad.
