WHEN MUSIC AND THE INTERNET GO…CRAZY If music doesn't have boundaries, neither does the latest work by Michele Marmo. In his duet with Gianna Welling, Marmo rearranges Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” in his own acoustic version. Sounds “crazy”? Not at all! The italian singer-songwriter realized this project between Houston, Texas and Italy, and successfully brought together sonority, culture and voices through the power of technology. Through Myspace these two artists, oceans apart from one another, were able to connect and create a unique feeling and great music together. Smooth and intriguing voices strum the strings of Michele's inseparable acoustic guitar. Marmo, who after having produced several projects like his latest album entitled "un po'(p) di jazz" (Venus/Nicolosi productions), appreciated in Italy and abroad, knew how to blend his acoustic style even with dance oriented sound tracks. this blended musical style, defies current trends adopted by many artists, who take on old acoustic songs and rearrange them into updated dance versions. “Crazy,” the only English cover by Michele Marmo, is the preview release of the upcoming brand new album, featuring all original songs, currently being recorded.
