Joe started as Brian's bass teacher and now they collaborate on songs. After Brian's stroke, he started to write lyrics and some basic music. Joe made the music come alive. You will find songs about Brian's stroke, blues, rock, ballads and even a salsa inspired tune. (It was difficult to choose one genre for this collection.) Real life events have been our inspiration. This has been a family and friends effort. Joe's daughter Gabrielle and Brian's wife Marilyn sang on some choruses; our good friends James, Willie, Jeff and Chris all contributed their talent; even Brian and Marilyn's son did the artwork.
