"You Fight For Me" is Kelsi Craig's debut EP! The title track, "You Fight For Me" (written by Kelsi Craig with Ed Cash & Scott Cash), is a worship anthem about how God is on our side and how he fights for us. It's a message reminding us that no matter what we are going through, nothing is too big for Him and that He has said that the battle is not ours, but His! He gives us the victory! Kelsi's hope for these songs are that they encourage you that you are not alone, that you're loved, that God is on your side and nothing is impossible for Him! He is healer, provider, friend, protector, defender, and all that you need Him to be! The first track on the EP, "heartbeat", was released as the single and churches all across the nation are singing this anthem/prayer that our hearts would beat to the rhythm of God's heartbeat! "Heartbeat" was written by Kelsi Craig, Ed & Scott Cash. The last track, "Nearer", written by Kelsi Craig, Mia Fieldes (from Hillsong church) and Scott Cash, is an intimate worship song. The lyrics "I won't fear, You won't fail, through the night, I know that You are with me. And every tear, every battle, I ever have to fight, I know that You are with me. I am running to You, You are drawing my heart, nearer God to where You are. You are making me new as I fall in Your arms, nearer God to where You are." In Jeremiah 29, the Lord tells us that when we draw near to Him, He draws near to us.
