The Blue Room is a mash up of songs and poems, set to electronic, acoustic, R&B, and rock music. The entire thing is a little tough to label but then again so am I. Think Lorde meets Ani Difranco. Most boys will not like it. But that is okay.

I started the fundraiser for this album the day after I broke up with my boyfriend. I wrote the lyrics to, “parents” while I was watching my dad carry a painting across the living room and pack it into his truck. If ever you are in the mood to listen – put this album on.
