The musically gifted equine crew joins the Phoenix Chamber Choir, welcoming the holidays with traditional tunes tweaked to appeal to a pony-loving crowd. For starters, there’s Rainbow Dash’s rollicking punk-pop version of “Jingle Bells,” and Twilight Sparkle’s rousing, Disneyesque “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” complete with full pony chorus. Pinkie Pie’s creatively quirky rendition of “Twelve Days of Christmas” will be a fast favorite (the gifts now include cupcakes and bowls of pasta), as will baby Spike’s scat-tastic take on “Jolly Ol’ St. Nick.”
